Universal plug Plastic screw plug with collar for installation in most building materials. Everything from concrete to light aggregate block, blockwork and board materials. The plug is designed so the screw grips the bottom of the plug. During installation, the plug is forced to squeeze together and thus expand. The plug expands differently depending on the substrate. In hard material, only the plug expands, while in boards a knot forms on the back of the material. The plug has wings to prevent rotation during installation. The screw length must be adjusted so it is at least equal to the plug’s length + the installed fixture thickness. The plug is provided with a collar. ignation Des ensions Dim Ø Screw Drill Ø . holeth Min dep tity/pack Quan K90050030 5 x 30 3,0 - 3,5 5 35 100 K90060035 6 x 35 4,0 - 4,5 6 40 100 K90080050 8 x 50 5,0 - 6,0 8 55 100 K90100060 10 x 60 6,0 - 8,0 10 65 50 Practical loading capacity NOTE! It is important that the screw’s length is selected so it goes 3 - 5 mm further in than the plug does. The values apply for the largest recommended screw dimensions. ensions Dim Drill Ø d, kg et0e/C25ile loa ConcCr2 Tens ard ad, kg sterbmo m sile lo Pla 13 Ten 5 x 30 5 30 10 6 x 35 6 45 15 8 x 50 8 75 20 10 x 60 10 90 25 Installation instruction universal plug 1. Drill a hole according to instructions. Press the plug into the hole. 2a. Complete installation in board material. The plug forms a knot on the back of the board. 2b.
